Our Little Story

Cata Cacao is a brand dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of bean-to-bar chocolate tablets, as well as cocoa beans and cocoa-derivated products. The brand is based out of Caracas Venezuela, where it was founded underneath the umbrella of the “Con Cacao y Cafe C.A.” company.

2017

Cata Cacao’s origin goes way back to 2017 when the founder, Anakarina Silva, experienced a taste of what life was like as a cocoa producer in the eastern region of Venezuela. At that time she felt a strong connection to the field and a proximity with the land, its products, and its people that set her on the path to production and on the transformation of food through cooking.

Cata Cacao partnered with Deira Trading Company for its Global Sales, Marketing and Distribution to be able to bring these special products to the world.
